Paula has fought her entire legal career to protect the rights of people who are under-served and marginalized.

Paula advocated for and wrote Onondaga County’s first comprehensive civil rights policy and trained employees here and throughout New York State to recognize and eliminate systemic bias.

As President of the 1200+ member Onondaga County Bar Association, Paula founded the first Race and Justice in Central New York Series with SU College of Law.
